So, upon visiting Dan today for a service call, I reminded myself to resubmit my opinion which I do not have to but because I WANT TO, for the benefit of Benz owners. This place has made a dramatic turn around for the better. -------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mr. Wilson, Kindly refer to my visit to your dealership this past Wednesday and subsequently earlier today. As mentioned, I had avoided taking my vehicle for any service issue(s) to your location for the past two years because of previous unsavory experiences. Excellent customer service spells the unwritten mission statement of any distinguished business. In your case, I wish to state as under:- I am very glad that I did meet with you. You provided me with an outstanding service that was professional yet personal, befitting a true Benz dealership. I can safely assume that your other customers would share my opinion of your uncommon people’s skills. Expected Result! I recently had the opportunity to reconnect with a Mark Tomasi of Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor, by phone, from Chicago. I was in search of an SL 550, an I recently had the opportunity to reconnect with a Mark Tomasi of Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor, by phone, from Chicago. I was in search of an SL 550, and while addressing my questions on a car I had seen in Chicago, Mark presented me with an opportunity to consider a car at his own dealership in ann Arbor. The rest is a forgone conclusion. Mark brought Kurt Morin into our discussions, and 2 days later they were prepping car for me to pick up. I found Mark, Kurt, and Nick Feroce to be sincere. Dealing on a car from 250 miles away is not easy, but these guys were timely, and answered all my questions. All concerns were handled, all promises kept, and I felt the 500 mile round trip was justified given the effort the dealership made on behalf. I was happy with deal,both on my trade in, as well as the new car. By the time I left the dealership I had been taken through my car by Nick, and in the time since have been very pleased at the follow through Nick has made in answering all the subsequent questions on the finer parts of the car. I have since referred a close friend also in Chicago to Ann Arbor Mercedes. More
