We cross-shopped Mercedes Benz dealerships in the immediate metro Detroit area for a very short window of time looking for the all-new 2015 S550 Coupe. The sales staff and personnel at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor exceeded our luxury vehicle buying experience and was by far the stellar experience in the extended metro Detroit area. The sales personnel went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable, like family, throughout our new car buying experience. I would especially like to call out our exemplary Sales Consultant, Evan Gerhardt, finance manager Lou Kish and New Vehicle Manager, Elio Coventry. Evan was the extremely friendly and charismatic. My husband and Evan bonded like long lost high school friends in a short period of time. Evan assured us that the process would be smooth, and he was nothing short of amazing! Tire Issue have been a long time customer, boughten 2 cars from this dealership and 3 overall from the suburban brand, went in because there was a bulge in my ti have been a long time customer, boughten 2 cars from this dealership and 3 overall from the suburban brand, went in because there was a bulge in my tire, as soon as I arrived they said that the tire issue is my fault and there is no warranty on the tire, later i found out there is a warranty on the tire, but the way they dealt with me was RIDICULOUS, they will not fix my tire now and they just lost a long time customer. The salespeople are great, and I didn't have a problem with service before, but now I don't think this is gonna work. More

It was nails! Mark was persistent and found out why my tire pressure light kept coming on. I thought it was because the tires may have been just low. But Mark took Mark was persistent and found out why my tire pressure light kept coming on. I thought it was because the tires may have been just low. But Mark took the car to the service area himself and found out I had two nails in my wheels. He didn't just put more air in the tire….he found out what was going on!
