I request a loaner vehicle two weeks in advance. When I arrived to have my car serviced there were no loaners available. Mercedes did provide a rental car. They had Uber pick me up and take me to t When I arrived to have my car serviced there were no loaners available. Mercedes did provide a rental car. They had Uber pick me up and take me to the rental place. The dealership paid for Uber and car rental. This is why I rated them 4 stars as opposed to a 5tars. I should have had a loaner vehicle since I requested one with plenty of advance notice More

The service dept did such an excellent job and Roger was absolutely on point. Readily available when I had questions after leaving my car in their care. One of the techs spotted a cloudiness to my headligh absolutely on point. Readily available when I had questions after leaving my car in their care.
