This is our 8th Mercedes. We only go to Anaheim Mercedes to get our cars. Fletcher jones and Laguna Niguel are much closer to us but none of them have the quality of service We only go to Anaheim Mercedes to get our cars. Fletcher jones and Laguna Niguel are much closer to us but none of them have the quality of service as Anaheim does. It is by far the best experience for purchasing cars. Corporate should take notes and train all other dealerships accordingly. More

The dealership is very clean and the set up lounge is nicely equipped with furnitures and refreshment coffee machines. The staff is very polite and efficient.
