Upon delivery of vehicle, our Sales Associate wavied goodby, when home. Good news, see Steve as your Sales Associate, not involved with our purchase, took 45 minutes from his duties to dial in set up information in the various screens, he is professional & has skill needed for comfortable transaction.FINANCIAL Dept., Bill did professional level work;staff in detail dept did excellent preparation of ours GlS 580, AMG.Seriously, if this vehicle would have been standard run of the "mill" car, my wife & I would have walked out, made appointment @ La Guna Niguel MBZ, purchase.
