While MB Anaheim has treated us well, my experience with Mercedes Benz in general has been disappointing as a Sprinter passenger van owner. Dealerships are required by MBUSA to treat Sprinter owners and the Mercedes Benz in general has been disappointing as a Sprinter passenger van owner. Dealerships are required by MBUSA to treat Sprinter owners and their families as second class buyers who do not receive the same Mercedes experience one would expect from a luxury vehicle dealership. They give no loaner vehicle or vehicle wash if you take it in for service or repair. They give the excuse that because the vans are “commercial” vehicles they don’t offer those benefits. So my family of seven is left to traveling places together in two vehicles or borrowing vehicles while we wait for our van to return, repaired. For us, that’s 45 days at the dealership over the last 5 years of ownership where we needed to scramble for transportation for our family. It’s not quite what you would expect from a luxury vehicle manufacturer or dealership after spending 75K on a van. We hope it changes. More
