My experience is coming from an out of state purchase. The only positive thing I will say is the dealership was willing to negotiate a bit to reach a deal. This was a lengthy process. After a deal had been reached and down payment had been made, it took a couple of days for them to reach out about signing contract (which they will not use docusign, have to overnight everything by mail). Pages were left out of my inital packet so more paperwork had to be overnighted further slowing down the process. During this paperwork process, which had not yet been finalized, dealership attempted to coerce me multiple times into providing insurance on a vehicle that wasn't yet in my possession and the car was not yet being transported. The transportation company used by the dealership was unprofessional and atrocious really. Surprised the car even made it to me, transporter broke down on the way here as well. Driver would not deliver to my house and kept insisting I meet him somewhere at 5am to pick it up, which my circumstances at the time would not allow. All said and done transporter drove my car as an uninsured driver on my insurance policy from his truck to my house. After car was delivered no one followed up with me to confirm receipt or satisfaction with the vehicle. No one followed up with expectations or instructions on how to get registration completed for state transfer until about 2 weeks later when temporary registration was almost expired. More paperwork to then be overnighted and dealership to send to dmv to process. More than likely will have my temporary registration expire before receiving my new plates. For an out of state vehicle purchase, do not recommend. More
When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by a salesman who asked how he would help us. He was able to contact Eric Diaz and also offered us something to drink. They called 10 days after sale. Wanted $500 due to finance dept error. Right before Xmas and after xmas text from salesman that they will not register until paid.
