I walked around the dealership 10 min. Finally the reception asked if I needed help. I have been going to Audi of Albuquerque for over 10 years and this was the first experience that I had I would call negative. My 2007 Audi went in for routine service and several rather large issues we years and this was the first experience that I had I would call negative. My 2007 Audi went in for routine service and several rather large issues were identified. There was very little follow up from the dealership to the questions I had about the issues. I requested to be called back with updates and no call back was given. I had to call in several times to get the information and re ask some of the questions. Call backs still didn’t happen. At this point I received a text saying the car was done so I went and paid and left. Due to the large issues that were identified I ended taking the vehicle to a local shop. This shop identified some of the same issues but also identified more critical repair issues. Based on this past experience I don’t know if I would return to the dealership for repair work or maintenance. I would still recommend new owners to take their cars to the dealership as the work that is done is done well. More
