I had a few polite questions for the technician (since the invoice did not explain all services in great detail) and one Ambassador which Eric Payne did a great job handling. But I was too tired to remember most questions. Nile Reneker was also excellent. I was disappointed to not get a film clip of the technician doing his actual work. More

Told $1500 to fix loose driver door panel when this dealership is the only one to take it off 2x to fixing window whistle. I said clips are not setting properly and they assured me $1500. I went home dealership is the only one to take it off 2x to fixing window whistle. I said clips are not setting properly and they assured me $1500. I went home, took panel off myself, saw 2 broken clips and 1 missing. Ordered online and fixed myself for less than $20. This experience is my last. More
