It was a bit frustrating that the delivery of the car took from February 2 (when we ordered) to October 26 for delivery but it wasn't Eric's fault. The Macan-4 is a brand new model for Porsche. Brandon spent over 2 hours with us to educate us about how to charge and operate the new electric vehicle. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about how to drive and take car of our new car. More
I was incredibly disappointed that it took months just to schedule an appointment for the recalls. Once we finally got the cars in for the work, it took nearly two weeks to complete the service on one of the schedule an appointment for the recalls. Once we finally got the cars in for the work, it took nearly two weeks to complete the service on one of the cars, all because we needed new tires. I have never experienced a car taking two weeks just to install new tires. On top of that, the communication regarding the status of our vehicles was virtually non-existent. We had to call the dealership ourselves to find out what was happening. At no point did we receive phone calls to keep us updated on the status. If we hadn't called the dealership every few days, we would have had no idea what was going on, and every estimated time of completion provided to us was missed it was lie after lie and missed expectation after missed expectation. This has been the worst service I have ever received. I also sent a follow-up email regarding Auto's price match on tires, but I have yet to hear back from the dealership. It is unfortunate that this is the closest Audi dealership to us. They are already an hour away, so having to get service there is frustrating, and knowing we'll receive such poor customer service makes it even more annoying. We need to explore other options, especially after this last experience. More
