Nile and the entire team there on the Porsche side are always the best. The waiting area, staff, coffee and snacks, love it all. We need faster internet though please. It’s nearly non existent. 20k service was great and done quickly with helpful updates. However, previous flat tire issue was not resolved. That being said although it took a 3 additional days, Paul did right and mgt approved updates. However, previous flat tire issue was not resolved. Absolutely unacceptable service at this dealership. I’ve had better service at a wind shield shop. Was there for almost five hours when an apparent multi point inspection was done on my GLE 350, to be I’ve had better service at a wind shield shop. Was there for almost five hours when an apparent multi point inspection was done on my GLE 350, to be told everything looks good (including brakes). They changed the oil and completed a software update. Two days later, the brake lights come on. Extremely difficult to get advisor to return my call. Took two weeks. Returns call and says to bring it in. Find out the brakes are at 3mm and need to be replaced. Response from advisor was “my guy should have told be about that when you were in last time”. Could go on, but point being service was garbage. Especially when this is supposed to be a “luxury dealer”. This is not a case where you get what you pay for. Will never return. Would rather go to walmart mechanic. More
