Immediate Response - excellent service department Was on the road from another city, had brakes issue come up all of a sudden, called the local dealer, service adviser (on a Friday afternoon at 4PM), Was on the road from another city, had brakes issue come up all of a sudden, called the local dealer, service adviser (on a Friday afternoon at 4PM), said bring it in now, test drove it, ID'd the problem, fixed it, and had the car back on the road by noon the next day.
