I bought my first GLA 250 at a competing used car dealership, however, I I absolutely LOVE Long Mercedes!! I have been a Mercedes owner since 2016. I bought my first GLA 250 at a competing used car dealership, however, I have always had my service done at Long. Josiah Sadek is a wonderful salesperson! He did not pressure me to buy a new car, but I saw a 2018 GLA that I absolutely loved, and Josiah worked incredibly hard to help me purchase it! I met Josiah on Saturday October 27th and he showed me the car. I wasn't sure I could purchase it, but decided to check into it and asked him to write up an order that I could take to my credit union. He allowed me to communicate with him through texting and worked with me every step of the way to get the car. He is a very fine, dare I say, AWESOME salesperson that I would be honored to call a friend. More

Expired Warranty- Repair made under warranty anyway. Our 2013 C250 had a major timing chain issue less than 3000 aft dr the warranty expired. We had all maintenance done by the dealership. They made the almost $2,000 repair as a warranty claim and it didn't cost us a penny. They even provided a loaner car at no charge. We'LL be back when it's time to by another car. More

Outstanding service on a long distance purchase I just purchased a used 2013 Range Rover and have been searching for several months without any luck in finding a vehicle that was in the condition I I just purchased a used 2013 Range Rover and have been searching for several months without any luck in finding a vehicle that was in the condition I wanted. I live in North Carolina about 350 miles away from Mercedes Benz at Long of Chattanooga. One day i decided to expand my search radius and this dealer came up with a good match. The car online looked very clean and after a few calls i spoke with a couple different associates who all worked hard to answer ALL my questions. I asked about details like the condition of the interior and if there were any smells to the condition of the paint on the front hood. After getting to know how particular i was, Philip the manager explained how he met the previous owner and shared with me how meticulous they were which was evident in the condition of the car. I have never purchased a vehicle over the internet, but knowing that the vehicle was at a reputable dealership and the conversations that we had made me feel comfortable making the purchase. All i can say is this was probably the most enjoyable car buying experience I've every had. It was handle seamlessly and I would do it all over again. Nice job to the entire team at Mercedes- Benz at Long of Chattanooga! More
