I had looked a year ago and Sam told me to wait for the 2012 CLS 63, boy was he right, this car is amazing. Sam gave me an incredible deal, traded other cars to get the exact car I wanted. Friends in LA told me they could get me a deal, but no one came close to Sam. The other dealers thought I was BSing them when I told them the deal. My trade in was a 2008 CLS 63 and I got a fair price on the trade. Sam is the man you want, he even refered me to a window tint place and they were awesome. More

The dealership does good work. The service writer Zoran seems very friendly but is not very knowledgeable. He will tell you something with authority but I've found he's very full of xx. Told me I needed to buy new DVD's for my Nav upgrade...I have a hard drive based system. My friend has the same make and model and his Nav was updated during his last service. He told me everything was complete but when I read the work order after leaving saw that some parts had to be ordered. It was up to me apparently to do the follow-up. Despite having an appointment I had to wait as he helped someone who walked up that knew before me. Not respectful of my time at all. The car was not cleaned when delivered. All in all I was pleased with the shops work but very disappointed with Zoran. I'll be finding another service writer in the future. More
