Where do I begin? We bought a used Lincoln from this dealership, immediately noticed problems with the accelerator sputter when you push it, we brought it back and the We bought a used Lincoln from this dealership, immediately noticed problems with the accelerator sputter when you push it, we brought it back and their service guy didn’t see anything but would call a Lincoln dealership to take a look two days later we called several Lincoln dealerships and none had received a call from Mercedes Benz. When we questioned that they said they were “still trying” later that week we took it for a test drive with the used car manager to show him the problem. He noticed it and said “we will get it taken care of” 4 days later they had their head service guy look at it and said starting cost to repair would be around 1800 and then had the audacity to ask us if we would cover some of it. Meanwhile , we had asked several times about getting the car I traded in back and even though the finance manager told us he did the paperwork wrong , they had already sold it wholesale ? Not sure how you can sell it with invalid paperwork but I digress. After we said we would not be paying for any repairs because the used car manager said they would take care of it. He offered my trade in back , ironic because that wasn’t an option 3 days ago. Two days later (after two weeks with no vehicle) I got my trade in back , so at least they did that correctly. I caution everyone to stay away from here their business practices are shady and they lie at every turn. More

Driver Side adjustments stop working after performed recall I been there for recall and they fixed that problem, also they replaced the steering wheel lock on my request. Staff was friendly, facility is clean and they offered complementary ($89 value) free rental car for the time of fixing of my car. At first I not satisfied, they never notified me about conditions of my car at end of day instead I called them to ask every time wats going on. The second problem happened when I brought the car home, my wife realized that driver side seat adjustment stop working just after a mechanic adjust the seat for himself. I call to Mercedes for advise and they don’t care. So, I don’t happy with this service anymore, My suggestion is to check everything possible features on you car if they still working, but sometimes you can’t check everything... More

It is 86 Mile round trip on my dime and mileage on my vehicle.The vehicle is an excellent product and a pleasure to drive.This vehicle is Certified Pre Owned and believed this problem would be resolved rather quickly,but hasn't been.The offered to buy this car back and give me my old one back.That is not acceptable as I purchased this car to own and not trade back.The only thing that will resolve this is fix the defective part so that it works properly.CPO Vehicles are supposed to be sold after they have been determined to work properly,entirely. I don't want anything more and will not accept anything less. Only fair. More
