He was friendly and answered our questions without pressuring us to purchase in anyway. The only problem I had was the time spent with the gsm and they wouldn't honor what was promised to me as a customer, not johns fault, but in the end Craig Thomas came through and fixed mostly all of the deal but I understand it's a business but when promising something make sure you get it in writing and signed by multiple managers. Very knowledgeable of every car on the lot, their operation, model differences, ect. I came in to buy with my financing already done, Ron asked for a chance to beat my deal and Tom Cooperstein was able to beat it. Saved me about $100.00 per month on my payment. Sorry Capital One! I have spent Memorial Day weekend learning about and driving my 2011 C300 4matic and I'm hooked. I'll be a Mercedes-Benz man for the rest of my life. More
