I was referred to Patrick McClellan who called me within half hour to setup an appointment. He walked me through the features of the vehicle I chose on the website along with a test drive. However, I asked him to present me with other car choices and he did which led us to buy a C300 Sport 4Matic, great car at a great price better than what I initially looked up online. Thanks too to Tom Cooperstein, Business Manager, who got me at MB Finance a better rate than my pre-approved bank loan. Both these fellows are very patient, professional, thorough and kind! I felt that I was being given the best deal up front and did not have to haggle at all over the price of the car I was purchasing or the value for my trade in. When it came to the signing process this was the fastest I have ever completed a transaction with a dealership. Everything was explained thoroughly as we went through the paperwork, everything was ready when I went into the office and the process was absolutely painless. The car was detailed while the paperwork was being completed and looked outstanding when it was time to drive off the lot. All in all A+ service all the way around.
