They scheduled me 2 weeks out to get 2 recalls fixed (they were aware of which recalls/parts needed). When I got there they said they'd need to keep my car overnight and someone would call me by 12pm th (they were aware of which recalls/parts needed). When I got there they said they'd need to keep my car overnight and someone would call me by 12pm the next day. Nobody called so I called after 1pm and they told me nothing had been done and they won't get the parts until the next Tuesday! Still nobody called on Tuesday, so I called on Wednesday and they said yes they have the parts, but I can't get scheduled for over 3 weeks. The communication here is horrible, they had no concern that I keep having to take time off work to bring it in. More
I had a 930 am appt & by the time I was able to register about 945 am. I asked how long was the wait & she said 3-4 hrs. I asked why the scheduled all the appointments at the same time. She ask if I lived nearby they could offer me a lift, so w said ok. She did not tell me that if I went home, all the people in the lounge would get priority over me. If she had told me, I would have waited in the lounge. So when I called in for a lift it was already over 3 hours. I told her I had to be at the airport by 245 pm, she, the manager told me it’s going to be difficult, we will have to rush & try, but I cannot guarantee that it will be ready & we won’t be able to wash your car. I got there about 155 pm. She said they were just finishing up with my car. I said ok can you tell them I want a car wash. Later she bought me my Leeds & walked me out to my car. Before I got in I could tell they did not cover the floor because he left big black mark when he got out of car & there was some type of white residue all over the brakes & accelarater & on part of the black carpet. The manager was very nice when registering me in. The person she was helping left & another man walked u & so I stood up & she finished with me. I can say words matter like: HAVE TO RUSH TO FINISH YOUR CAR, LOWER PRIORITY etc. I will take my car to Seattle for service in the future. Or I might go to another dealership all together. More

Since Mercedes Benz prides themselves in taking care of customers and making your experience a great one every time, I thought that the service department would provide the same service. Boy was I wrong! customers and making your experience a great one every time, I thought that the service department would provide the same service. Boy was I wrong! I feel completely ignored! I took my car in for service back in March, part was ordered and I had to end up calling the parts department myself to find out that my part was there a month later. Never got the promised call back from my advisor 2 months later. I called and set up an appointment myself last week. The issue is not fixed and no one has returned any of my calls! I have called and left several messages for my advisor and several calls to the service department manager and no one has responded at all! Not only is this an ongoing inconvenience but I feel completely ignored at this point! I guess some of us receive better service than others idk but that’s how it’s looking right now! More
