Brought car in for new battery I have brought my car in for service at least 4-5 times since purchasing it. As we all know service can get expensive. Bad experience for first service with mercedez. They gave me shuttle ride which i waited 40 mins and when i was upset for waiting, they decided to offered me a lyft ride. Next day i called for updates, took me 3calls trying to get in touch with the service adviser but 4 hours of waiting with no courtesy call back. I ff up for a loaner (which i requested when i scheduled the service online) and i was told they dont offer a loaner for a service A and diagnostic. Im not coming back again. More

Oil change I have had my lease on my Mercedes for 3 1/2 years and ends in 6 month. My prepaid lease maintenance ended at the 3 year mark so the last few oil chan I have had my lease on my Mercedes for 3 1/2 years and ends in 6 month. My prepaid lease maintenance ended at the 3 year mark so the last few oil changes are out of pocket. This week was my second one of these since then. I brought the coupon that was emailed and fine print said only for cars 2008 and older, lucky for my Korey in service honored it for me. The part that bothers me the most was that the service indicator light was not reset and need to pay additional $100 for this to be done. Takes 60 seconds for this by the dealer. Such xxxxxxxx! At Fletcher Jones in Newport they would have done it for free. Tacoma Larson is a bunch of crooks and out to nickle and dime there customers and over charge at every opportunity. More
