Excellent and knowledgeable sales person, Jacob Fearn, we initially spoke with inquiring about a certain car and make appt to test drive. Service is abysmal. I called everyday for a week and never once was my call answered by the service department. I ended up contacting sales and the phone was answered in I called everyday for a week and never once was my call answered by the service department. I ended up contacting sales and the phone was answered instantly. Of course sales answers every time. So I had to go through sales if I wanted to get ahold of service. I’ve owned 5 Mercedes, and have purchased 4 cars from Mercedes Fife. I will never buy another one from this dealership. The service was completely unacceptable. Givanni was great though. He gave me his personal number and I was able to go through him. But the service department at Mercedes in general has been horrible to work with. I was told at one point that the main manager was DEFINITELY going to call me within the hour. He never called ever. They had my car for 3 weeks and had no loaners. Anyway, I’m all done with Mercedes. More
