I was very surprised and disappointed when I was charged extra $ 32.50 for hazardous waste for repair order. This is the first time we are charged extra for oil change. The charge was unjustified. In for a recall on my Sprinter....first time they returned it unprepared, second time it took twice as long as originally promised; no loaner car, so had to pay out of pocket for a rental; and when r returned it unprepared, second time it took twice as long as originally promised; no loaner car, so had to pay out of pocket for a rental; and when returned the check engine and the glow plug warnings are lit: service manager said that this is known issue with the recall and they cant do anything about it. Have asked twice in the past five days for the rental car receipt and have not yet received it. Frustrating to say the least and Not the level of service one would expect from Mercedes! More

The service dept wanted to do a diagnostic for engine light, I know a mechanic, we used to own seatac Transmission, I told them it was a gas cap failure but after I left car for service oil change, sched light, I know a mechanic, we used to own seatac Transmission, I told them it was a gas cap failure but after I left car for service oil change, schedule A, which it is supposed to go on diagnosis anyway, they called said the gas cap they tried still had engine light on, well if the mechanic would have reset the light first it would have stayed off, but instead they said we have to do diagnostic charging an extra 200+ so then oh it was gas cap we reset ch engine light and it stayed off after replacement!!!!!! bill over $500. I will be changing dealerships for service in future. More
