I never got a call back from the service desk after leaving four messages to find out the status of my car’s service and to advise the desk of what we wanted done after I finally was able to get in tou leaving four messages to find out the status of my car’s service and to advise the desk of what we wanted done after I finally was able to get in touch with them. We had to hold on to the rental for an extra 6 days longer than anticipated. Then when we finally got our car done they didn’t even call us and we had to call them ourselves. When my husband when to get the car it was blocked in and he had to wait for someone else to come and get the car out. This dealership is not getting our business going forward. The only positive aspect was we got our rental covered for the additional 6 days it took for their office to get back to us. You need to make sure you office returns calls so that if our “designated” rep is out of the office or can’t answer our calls the work is still moving forward. there should be more than ONE person you can reach. Unacceptable. More

when changing the oil in the gearbox from the price of 499 + tax. I ended up paying $ 695. on the front table they said that when removing the lower transmission cover, a new gasket was installed that h 499 + tax. As far as I know, in order to change the filter, you need to remove this bottom cover, then install a new gasket and close it. I don’t understand why I was charged an additional fee for regular repairs? I am very frustrated with the technical background of the front desk. please reconsider my payment. More
Service department personal are unprofessional. It took almost 4 hours for old change service. After I paid they told me that my car is washed at the time. When I bought my beautiful E300 4MTIC, there was a very small tear on the bottom bumper. No one called me back or addressed the issued and just ignored me. After 25 years of dealing with this dealership, I just can't believe I have been ignored, phone call not returned and just ignoring me. I will just fix the problem my self, but am just amazed, I have been ignored this way over this issue. Doesn't give the dealership a lot of credibility would you say. Have bought and leased SL 500, 550's and and SL 600 in the past, as well as a CLS 550 and now this E300 4 matic. Robert Friend More
