Communication is terrible! I dropped my car off and was given a complimentary rental for up to 2 days. I was told by the service advisor that on the second day of having the rental my truck would be ready given a complimentary rental for up to 2 days. I was told by the service advisor that on the second day of having the rental my truck would be ready for pick up. I didn’t hear anything for 3 days and on the 3rd day the rental car called me wanting me to pay for the additional day. I called the service department 4x without a call back or knowing the status of my truck. I didn’t get a call until after they closed finally explaining that the part took longer to come and that they would pay for the extra day on the rental. All the stress frustration could have been avoided had they just let me know on the 2nd day that this would take an extra day and communicated to the rental car service. This happened n my birth weekend and I had plans so this messed up everything More
