I recently moved to the area from another part of the state. I only needed an oil change but could never get through to the service department. When I called the first time I was switched from person to state. I only needed an oil change but could never get through to the service department. When I called the first time I was switched from person to person. The second time I called I was sent to new cars' When I was finally sent to the service department all I got was a voice mail. Thankfully I only wanted a maintenance issue and not stuck on the side of the road in a dangerous spot and need real help, Seems like I would be better to take the vehicle back to Columbia where I bought it, Don't see myself wanting to get any repairs done here, More

Brought my car in as the battery light briefly came on. While MBKC wasn’t able to duplicate the problem, the tech did find a software fault and updated the system. I brought my car in for online issues with Mercedes Me app. They discovered I also needed a tire replaced. The car was there two days. They changed the tire but , based on the paperwork I received, they d app. They discovered I also needed a tire replaced. The car was there two days. They changed the tire but , based on the paperwork I received, they did nothing to fix the online issues.. which was the primary reason for the service. I have been in touch with the Mercedes Me people and was told I need to have a factory reset. I have to wait another three weeks to get in. Not impressed with the service we received. More
