However when I returned to the dealership a week later for service that promised provide, it was beyond ridiculuos--unresponsive, slow and unapologetic. Had a similar experience later on with trying to have the vehicle serviced and not being able to get anyone on the phone in 15 tries! Unbelievable! More

Our hats off to Mr. Ryan Ambrose who worked with us from start to finish. He was very courteous, professional, and friendly! My wife and I were in-and-out of the dealership within an hour driving our new GL450. Special mentioned to Stephanie Ellis from Finance Department who took care of our paperwork proficiently and to Mr. Allen Baxter from Service Department who took care of us when we took our new vehicle for Simoniz service. Also to the employees who processed our rental car paperwork, drove the rental car to the service bay, and assisted us to our rental car. They all made our car buying experience the BEST we ever had! My husband typically does all of the online research for any new car he is interested in. Once he has narrowed down his choices. He was attentive to my husband's online communications and even more attentive to my verbal concerns on our numerous phone calls. I don't think we have every done a deal so quickly and thoroughly as we did this one. Typically we hem and haw about whether or not we really want to go do the sale, do we really need this vehicle, etc. and we sort of did this with this car...it was during the furlough. Steve convinced us to just come in to see this car, he was sure we would be pleased. I laughed as he did not know my husband; he can be picky....and doesn't jump to ANY decisions..... well.....Steve won. We came in, loved the car, made the purchase AND 2 days later when a car arrived that had the actual black interior we wanted....Steve even ensured we were pleased with every aspect of our purchase....so much that he remembered we wanted black interior and when I followed up him to inquire about the car, he worked diligently with us to ensure the car we had chosen was indeed what we wanted because we had 3 days to contractually change our minds. I JUST KNEW my husband would want the darker interior. Steve had laid all of the ground work to initiate the exchange of cars, and when I reached out to my husband he was very impressed that Steve AND the Rosner dealership were willing to go out of their way to ensure our 100% satisfaction, not the 95% they could have certainly turned an eye too. We loved the car we bought and its interior color combinations better than the one color combinations we thought we wanted from the online research. Financing was a breeze and Dave mad that experience equally as pleasant. We purchased at HBL in Tysons in 1999 and thought we may want that level of a volume dealer again. WRONG. Rosner's perks and our salesman will keep us right here in the 'Burg. Thank you Steve and Ron Rosner~ We will be back once I relinquish my minivan phase...lol More

Our salesperson, Steve Smith was patient, intuitive and the epitome of professionalism. His knowledge regarding quality comparisons between BMW and Mercedes made all the difference in our decision to purchase our new 2014 Mercedes C350. The entire team at this dealership provides EXEMPLARY customer service...from sales to financing to management to the service department to administrative professionals. In 20 years of purchasing cars, I have never seen such a level of quality customer service. It truly permeates the entire culture at the dealership. Although we are are only one month in...I suspect we will be a part of the Rosner family for quite some time to come. Well done, Steve Smith and the rest of Team Rosner!! More
I live in Florida and was looking for a very specific car SL65 AMG , i found one online in VA and Steve contacted me.Im not the easy person to deal with and most people shy away as im very aggressive when bu SL65 AMG , i found one online in VA and Steve contacted me.Im not the easy person to deal with and most people shy away as im very aggressive when buying cars.I hung up on Steve two times and called him crazy a few times and really gave him a hard time , But to his credit he stuck with it and was very professional and in the end had me driving to VA from Florida a week later to pick up a car! Hats off to him ,And im in love with the car! More
Looking for used vehicle and thanked sales rep for info but said that what they had was not exactly what I was looking for. Later a Used Sales Manager called, recognized my concerns and distance (3+ Hr dr but said that what they had was not exactly what I was looking for. Later a Used Sales Manager called, recognized my concerns and distance (3+ Hr drive from NC) and said that he could cut the price and would make it “worth my trip,” so I loaded family and drove up. Vehicle looked OK, but my daughter found a defective seatbelt, that could not be buckled and the staff couldn’t fix. Finally, after over an hour, they got around to price and the amount that they came off the list price to “make it worth my trip” may have just covered my mileage, but definitely not cover the repair to the seatbelt that was going to have to come out of my own pocket when I got home (probably just an indicator of more to come.) Wasted 8+ hours and drove >240 miles to have Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg try and wear me out and manipulate numbers to make a sell. Glad that I took my kids, disappointed that we wasted 8 hours on a Saturday, listening to their poor sell tactics. Stay away! More
I purchased a 2000 SL500 in April. I loved the car, but it continued to have mechanical problems with the convertible top. After discussing the options with Boba and Perez Richardson, we decided a lease on a new vehicle would be a great alternative. I completed the lease in mid-July, and now I couldn't be happier with my decision. The dealership and it's employees (sales and service) were top-notch, and went over and above my expectations in seeing that I was a satisfied customer. Most dealerships would have just left me hanging with the problem., and the frustration. Not the Rosner Mercedes gang!! I'm now enjoying the Mercedes I wanted and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend Rosner Mercedes of Fredericksburg to anyone considering a new or used Mercedes, or any other high-end vehicle they may have available, and I will certainle see them again when it's time to renew my lease. More
