Huber sent a service coupon to me for a car that was sold several years ago; I requested to use it for service on my current Mercedes and Amanda said they could not honor a VIN specific coupon. I then asked if there were any other service coupons available and Amanda annoyingly and shortly indicated that there is a current 10% web discount; I asked to use that and also to have the veteran's discount we have received for our last severaI services applied. Amanda again shortly responded that they will not honor two discounts and that there is only an active duty discount. I pointed out that we had received a veteran's discount for several services, as recently as October 2017. I requested to speak to a manager and Amanda called him on his cell phone but did not allow me to speak to the manager. We will not be returning to Huber. We love the sales staff and Marcus, but will not purchase another Mercedes or service our current cars there any longer. More
