The customer service is substandard as a luxury brand us concerned. While my car was in the service department for a warrantied item, the communication was terrible. The car was in service for 28 days and w concerned. While my car was in the service department for a warrantied item, the communication was terrible. The car was in service for 28 days and wasn't repaired. This caused me to have return the next day, cost me a day's pay. The staff was unapologetic and unsympathetic to my needs as a customer. I wouldn't recommend them to Black man or Woman. They clearly treat Caucasians much better. More

MB couldn’t locate my car for days. Car was picked up from home 08/23/24 for tire change. Called Monday, 08/26/24 for status. MB said “I missed dropping off car at 11:00 am appointment Car was picked up from home 08/23/24 for tire change. Called Monday, 08/26/24 for status. MB said “I missed dropping off car at 11:00 am appointment on Friday.” No record of me in computer. Where was car from Friday until Tuesday? Each call I made to MB was given to another to answer. I was told “someone will call you within 15 minutes or shortly”. No explanation of what occurred. I asked her f car was in accident or stolen. MB delivered car at home on Wednesday afternoon without an explanation. Let me know where my vehicle was from Friday’s pickup until Tuesday? On a joyride with your employees?
