MB couldn’t locate my car for days. Car was picked up from home 08/23/24 for tire change. Called Monday, 08/26/24 for status. MB said “I missed dropping off car at 11:00 am appointment Car was picked up from home 08/23/24 for tire change. Called Monday, 08/26/24 for status. MB said “I missed dropping off car at 11:00 am appointment on Friday.” No record of me in computer. Where was car from Friday until Tuesday? Each call I made to MB was given to another to answer. I was told “someone will call you within 15 minutes or shortly”. No explanation of what occurred. I asked her f car was in accident or stolen. MB delivered car at home on Wednesday afternoon without an explanation. Let me know where my vehicle was from Friday’s pickup until Tuesday? On a joyride with your employees? The Worst/expensive/delay Service around the world! They need under 3 weeks or more for review the car, and then they return you the car with the same problem and super overpriced ( thanks God we knew They need under 3 weeks or more for review the car, and then they return you the car with the same problem and super overpriced ( thanks God we knew a real experts in Mercedes Benz cars that fixed everything in less time an 70% cheaper than this Brand.
