The worst experience i’ve ever had in any dealer ship . For the second year in a row the car was not returned when promised, despite my continued requests and willingness to bring it back in to complete work that couldn’t be done in time. I’m a little disappointed after close review of my service bill to find that some of the parts replaced were at a higher rate than those offered on the online MB parts center. I have been a customer of Mercedes Manhattan since the 1990’s and am dismayed at how their service has disintegrated. My car was towed to Mercedes because of a message that appeared on the console that wa 1990’s and am dismayed at how their service has disintegrated. My car was towed to Mercedes because of a message that appeared on the console that was deemed dangerous to drive. The car was in the shop for a week and a couple of days. I was told that there were no loaners available, and as a result, I had to rent a car at my own expense to the tune of $750. Communication between you and your “service advisor” is almost nonexistent because she never picks up her phone. She had initially said she would try and secure a loaner for me, but that never happened and I never heard another word from her about it. During the entire time the car was in the shop, except for, I believe two texts about what was going on with the vehicle, I was the one trying desperately to communicate with someone at Mercedes. No one ever picks up a phone, and it was extremely frustrating in trying to get information about my car. Finally, and kudos to the very helpful receptionist, I was connected to the service manager, who texted me right back to tell me that he was in a meeting but would call me that afternoon, which he did, and I did get my car delivered to me that afternoon. I asked him about reimbursing me for the car rental, because I am entitled to a loaner since I have a leased vehicle under a warranty. He didn’t think it was possible for be to get reimbursed, but I am going to pursue the matter! All in all, I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, and I will most definitely not lease another vehicle from Mercedes Manhattan. More

I drove into Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and was greeted by Jonathan Then. He listened intently to my list of concerns and even went beyond my list suggesting, "We can repair that scratch."
