He also told me Thomas Shanley the GM approved for 3100 or tow it. I don't won't to pay for what not broken. Do I have too? I told him to just fix the errors. Service Yesterday I picked up my ML and I had the pleasure of meeting Krista and Anthony .Very nice people and of course had the pleasure of working with Feli Yesterday I picked up my ML and I had the pleasure of meeting Krista and Anthony .Very nice people and of course had the pleasure of working with Felicity Callas which goes beyond to exceed my needs and fix any issues .Very professional .I seem to forget that there are always going to have things come up but what I admire about her (Felicity )is that she get its done the first time .I wouldn't go anywhere else but Mercedes of Manhattan.I have read reviews from many other customers but to me why go to anyone else .Go see Felicity if you are considering Mercedes of Manhattan . You have to take pride in what you do of which she does .Many of the other Service tech look at it as a job but not her .Many of them forget that customers comes first not them .If we are not happy they should make us happy.WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE WILL BE NO DEALERSHIP. Excellent Care from Service Department I recently purchased a new Mercedes from the Manhattan dealership and unfortunately one of the sensors broke within a few weeks of buying the vehicle. I recently purchased a new Mercedes from the Manhattan dealership and unfortunately one of the sensors broke within a few weeks of buying the vehicle. I called the Service Department urgently to get the sensor looked at and they accommodated my needs and were able to get me in first thing the next morning. I worked with Angelo to come up with a solution to get the sensor taken care of, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely caring of the situation and made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything. He constantly checked up on me every 30 minutes to give me a status on my vehicle and make sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. I highly recommend coming to this dealership and using their service department. I have seen some negative reviews regarding them, but in all honestly, they blew me away with their professionalism and care. I highly recommend you work with Angelo, he's excellent and will really go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. More
Terrible Service Department Service Rep does not follow to let us know there were no parts (tires) for 1/2 day! She has been nothing but helpful ,Courteous very respectful to me and trust me I know I wanted to take the time to let you know about Felicity Callas. She has been nothing but helpful ,Courteous very respectful to me and trust me I know I can be a handful. I recently bought in my ML550 which needed servicing of which she helped me out very much. She advised me about the maintenance plan Mercedes offered of which I took .She followed up with me which was a good thing. Not many service reps do so . She know how am when it comes to this vehicle. You have an exceptional worker there. Keep up the good work. More
The Height Of Arrogance! SHOCKED at this dealership. I have been a long standing, loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz. As I have been working in NYC for the past year, I wanted to form a relationship with th I have been a long standing, loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz. As I have been working in NYC for the past year, I wanted to form a relationship with this dealership, and have some minor service done to my car, and speak to a salesperson about getting into a new one in a few months. All I can say is, I walked into the dealership, and for an unbelievable 'FORTY FIVE' minutes not ONE employee asked if I needed help, not one! It was not as if I was huddled in a corner, but for sure it seems to have been my poor choice of attire (flip flops, and t-shirt). I can assure you, if I was dressed to the nines I would have be greeted much differently, and in a professional manner. The big apple sure took a chunk out of this loyal customer. This dealership should be ashamed of itself!! This is a futile exercise in complaining, as I'm sure they could not care less as demonstrated by their recent actions towards me, or lack of it!! More
