I have the wheel and tire insurance and had two blow outs. Since I was closest to MB Manhattan and they said they had the tires in stock and would have the car back the same day I had it towed there. HU outs. Since I was closest to MB Manhattan and they said they had the tires in stock and would have the car back the same day I had it towed there. HUGE MISTAKE! The car got there at 11am according to the tow company yet it took till 5pm to get anyone frome service to return my call. After 20+ calls finally got a manager on the phone who said she would look into it and call me back in less than 10 minutes. 10 calls later and 3pm the next day finally got her on the phone. I asked them if they would be repairng the bent scratched wheels since I had the insurance, answer I got was: That will take at least 2 weeks if you want that done. In all it took them 4 days to replace 2 tires. They bent the center caps on my wheels, and lost the tow eye hook cover to my car. It took them 2 months to get one painted and mailed to me which had the worst paint job I have seen. I will never use that dealership again! More

My wife and I went to Mercedes to look at the ML350 - I had been looking for a new SUV for over a year and a half. We met Jeffrey and he immediately understood what we was looking and what are need were. A few minutes latter we were sitting down searching for a car. The entire process took two weeks and the end result exceeded all of my expectations. Scott handled my trade-in which required a significant amount of detail as the title was in my father's name who is deceased. Scott understood the sentimental connection I had with my car and made the process very easy. Jeff and Scott when above and beyond, installing a custom entertainment system and the wood steering wheel (which they had originally told me was on back order and would not be available for two months) prior to pickup ... which was done with a level of class and style (car was covered under a sheet and a sign was printed congratulating me) that still makes me smile. I love my car - my family loves the car - and I have no doubt that I will be continuing to work with Jeff and Scott for many years. More

We worked with Arthur Kaye at Mercedes Benz Manhattan's Park Avenue showroom. While we would have liked to see the shiny new store on 11th Avenue, the service Arthur provided (we had leased a car with him Park Avenue showroom. While we would have liked to see the shiny new store on 11th Avenue, the service Arthur provided (we had leased a car with him a few years ago and it was time for a new one) was well-worth the detour. He is knowledgable, extremely responsive, and goes out of his way to help. Since leasing our new vehicle, we've had to call him a few times with questions. He has been wonderful about walking us through what we had to do. We got a great car (2011 E350) at a very fair price, and a hassle-free (!!!) sales experience, from start to finish. I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and, more specifically, Arthur Kaye, enough. More
This was the first time I purchased my own car all by myself. As a single woman with very limited knowledge, I was nervous about the purchase. This is the second car I have bought from them. John Hart was formerly a customer service person and was promoted to Sales and has done a great job. If there is a problem with the car I can call him and he d was formerly a customer service person and was promoted to Sales and has done a great job. He is also a master at MB which means he has been certified by MB in Germany so he understands the cars technically which with today's cars be computers on wheels is very important. More
