Upon reading the mixed reviews on Google, I was hesitant in visiting this dealership, but I would like to set the record straight for all those who were misguided as I was. The honest sales team is willing to work with your situation and do ANYTHING within their capability to make you happy with a brand new Mercedes-Benz. I was in a difficult situation with my credit, I wasn't even able to lease an Infiniti, however I worked with Danny Seigel (Sales Manager) and he did anything and everything to get me a Mercedes with the terms I was looking for. When I went to pick up the car I was 2 hours late due to traffic however everyone was there to greet me and ensure I was receiving the MB Legacy of customer service. Satisfied is an understatement, I have created lifelong relations with both Danny and Gary (Sales Representative). They are an incredible team and I am nothing but honored to become a new life-long client! More
Paid $85,000 6 weeks ago. Still No title or bill of sale. Changed names, addresses and pay amount AFTER they got Money. After 6 weeks auto arrives Damaged. Supposedly Certified & Keys don't work. Wa sale. Changed names, addresses and pay amount AFTER they got Money. After 6 weeks auto arrives Damaged. Supposedly Certified & Keys don't work. Warning light on all time. Trunk key does not open. Can't drive to see what else is wrong. Will take to another dealership to have checked, but can't drive cuase need bill of sale and title to get plates in Michigan. Very poor customer service. They have my money and I have a car I cannot drive that is damaged and has things wrong with it. What is my recourse? More
