At the start of my new car buying experience, i encountered several individuals from various dealerships to learn more about certain vehicles. I have never encountered someone as helpful as Gary Klein. From the very start, he was attentive, responsive, courteous, and professional. He asked what i was looking for, listened to my preferences, and began full force on the process. It couldn't have been any smoother. Once i decided on the vehicle of my choice, i was introduced to Scott Malise for all finance details. Just like Gary, Scott was a master. He couldnt have been any more helpful and seemed to truly care about making my car buying experience enjoyable. It was an extremely painless process. He went over all the details thoroughly, made sure they were all up to my standards, and i was on my way. All in all, these two gentlemen were a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry. Many times, one can get "taken for a ride" or be swindled by the average car salesman. Nothing about these two says "average". My experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. I would have no problem in recommending either of these two to anyone that i know that is in the market for a new vehicle. I myself, will absolutely be coming back to deal with Gary Klein and Scott Malise in the future. More

I've bought new in the past from Mercedes dealerships in NJ, but the minute you drive into the parking garage of M-B Manhattan, you recognize that this is a flagship store, and their focus on customer service is tangible from the very first people that greet you when parking your car and continues with everyone you meet during the process. We were looking for either a new or used GL, and came across a potential used one in the inventory of this dealer. Andrey Pinkhasov treated us to a stress free shopping experience, understanding what we were looking for, showing us the car and features, and taking us for a test drive. After deciding it was the right car for us and agreeing to a deal with Andrey on the sale and our trade, the process continued smoothly and stress free. We met Andrew Buzzetta the Finance Manager who walked us through the paperwork to finalize the sale. Best finance office experience ever! All questions answered, everything taken care of - taking care of the NJ DMV paperwork, great explaination of the extended warrantee options without pressure to purchase something I didn't need.
