Avoid this dealership. The worst car buying experience you can ever have. Both Fred Gruber & James Kavanaugh can't be less interested to return calls or follow up to have a car ready for a test drive. Aft you can ever have. He is very honest in what he could do for us in terms of pricing and when I looked online after the visits, he was right, he had given us the best deal we could have hoped for. I did have followup discussions with Scott Malise, the financial manger, and he too was very accommodating to our needs and again, we got the "friends" treatment. I have never encountered someone as helpful as Gary Kl encountered several individuals from various dealerships to learn more about certain vehicles. I have never encountered someone as helpful as Gary Klein. From the very start, he was attentive, responsive, courteous, and professional. He asked what i was looking for, listened to my preferences, and began full force on the process. It couldn't have been any smoother. Once i decided on the vehicle of my choice, i was introduced to Scott Malise for all finance details. Just like Gary, Scott was a master. He couldnt have been any more helpful and seemed to truly care about making my car buying experience enjoyable. It was an extremely painless process. He went over all the details thoroughly, made sure they were all up to my standards, and i was on my way. All in all, these two gentlemen were a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry. Many times, one can get "taken for a ride" or be swindled by the average car salesman. Nothing about these two says "average". My experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. I would have no problem in recommending either of these two to anyone that i know that is in the market for a new vehicle. I myself, will absolutely be coming back to deal with Gary Klein and Scott Malise in the future. More
