We needed to be educated about these cars, as we had always bought new American-made cars in the past. John Hart spent hours with us, explaining all aspects that we needed to consider, the pros and cons of each model available in our price range, and the amenities that come with owning a Mercedes Benz. We were impressed by John's honest and "no pressure" approach. That same night, we purchased an E350 and soon learned that John Hart's word was as good as gold. He told us that when the car needed servicing, a loaner car would be dropped off. Little did we expect that John himself would come to our home and make the switch. There were times when we called John with questions about certain features of our car, and John would return our calls almost immediately to explain what we didn't understand. In addition, we called John when we blew a tire after hitting a pothole, and he called Roadside Assistance for us and continued to check, making sure that we were attended to in a timely fashion. Bottom line, we value and trust John Hart so much that last September, we returned to Manhattan Mercedes Benz and purchased another car, an E550, from him. Now, we have "his and her" Mercedes Benzes, and a good friend in John Hart. More

Mary G. did everything to make the sale and get us into the dealer from a far distance. When we arrived we were treated like we were not important because we were purchasing a Pre-Owned C class and she h the dealer from a far distance. Made promises and never came thru after the sale. Calls to the dealer asking for management resulted in no return call or follow up! Lesson learned, Get everything in writing! John Hart of Mercedes-Benz Manhattan far exceeded my expectations when we met and still to the present day. He was incredibly knowledgeable of all the models and delightfully friendly from day one. It was very clear he had extreme passion for the MB brand, which meant he was having fun and being genuine with his enthusiasm. Since purchasing my 550 E Class, he has further impressed me by taking my calls and resolving the issues I had at hand...which were hitting a deer on a country road and falling into a massive pothole on the highway, blowing out 2 tires. In both instances, I called John right away and he arranged everything that needed to be done to alleviate the situation. All I did was remain on hold while he handled all from a-z. Then he calls again to make sure everything is going smoothly...and another call to follow up the next day. It's impeccable customer service all the way. Even my husband, who loves his 645 Ci BMW has decided there is no competition and is looking forward to selecting his own Mercedes-Benz with John Hart soon! More
