We knew we wanted an SUV but we just were unsure which vehicle would best meet our needs. We never owned a Mercedes before but our friends highly recommended them as a world class automobile by world class company. So on whim my wife and I decided to visit Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and thus our search was over.. Our experience at MBM was nothing short of amazing. Right away, we were treated like VIP customers. After checking in with the reception, we were almost immediately greeted by our Sales Consultant Ms. Anastasia Zbarskaya. She was gregarious, insightful, and attentive to all our needs. Based on Ms. Zbarskaya's recommendation we decided on the GLE model and we couldn't be happier! The GLE has numerous high tech and safety features which we made us feel at ease while driving and enhancing our overall driving experience like never before! This is our first Mercedes-Benz of what I anticipate will be many others in the future. We look forward to working with Ms. Zbarskaya and the friendly and courteous staff of Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan for our next new vehicle. More

This is our first time meeting Greg and he did a great job getting us this new vehicle and helping us thru the process while we wait for our new car to arrive. I visited several other Mercedes dealerships in the Tri-state area and none had so many great cars to choose from as MB-Manhattan. Anastasia who was my sales representative made me feel very comfortable and helped ease any anxieties that I might had in the past during my previous car shopping experiences She was very attentive and listened to all my wants and needs. I wish now to expres [email of May 2, 2019] Dear Dr Exler, I write as a follow up to my below emails of February 7, 2019 to Dr Zetsche and you. I wish now to express my thanks and my renewed confidence in your premier brand of cars, which my family have driven since 1956. Of my seven months ownership, my now replaced car was off the road for seven weeks. We have been through frustration, despair and ultimately fear: for a continuously malfunctioning trunk that would not stay closed, the dangerous broken back door lock and ultimately the power steering failure with my wife driving by herself in isolated country. However, that is behind us. The “substitution" of my old car for the new identical vehicle could not have gone more smoothly. Your MBM team members, well led by Tom Shanley, all showed the most genuine concern and attention to every detail and showed such high touch skills for you to be very proud. I had Patrick Hunter explaining to me the procedure contemplated, with nothing being too difficult, and Nesto Sibilla leading the logistics. Nesto anticipated my every request and executed perfectly and so efficiently without reminder or explanation from me. This was service as good as it gets, but more so - even compared to being in a 5 star hotel, riding on Concorde or dining in the finest restaurants. As always, Adam Havriliak was the stalwart of the service department and Edwin Yanes helped me understand the complexities of the many sophisticated systems in the car! I am very grateful to your team at MBM and I hope you will give each of your fine people due recognition. So thank you for making a bad situation good, I believe in the most honorable and appropriate manner. More
