I was investigating dealerships during the lockdown. John Hart was one of the few to return my calls. I was drawn to his knowledge of the car I wanted; but more so by his sincerity. It was definitely the right move and John put me in a gorgeous, brand new 2020 E350, black with the panoramic roof like I requested.
