I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Mr Ron Vernon for the purchase of a 2011 pre-owned vehicle. He answered all questions I had to the best of his ability and if he didn't know, he followed up quickly with an answer after consulting with his co-workers. We worked out a deal over the following days and I'm now a satisfied customer. Bottomline - Ron is a straight forward, friendly, and no-nonsense professional - I would gladly deal with him again. I was wanting a Cadillac CTS Coupe and dealt with my local Cadillac dealership. In case I didn't like the Cadillac, I wanted another option. I went to the BMW dealership because I liked the look of th local Cadillac dealership. In case I didn't like the Cadillac, I wanted another option. I went to the BMW dealership because I liked the look of their coupe, too. Neither dealership had the cars I wanted to look at and told me they would have one soon. Tom Wilcox kept me informed on the arrival of a BMW to test drive, while I had to make the effort of contacting the Cadillac dealership time and again. I test drove the BMW and loved the car. I had driven a Cadillac for years and out of loyalty delayed making my decision until test driving their car, too. After 7 weeks of waiting, the Cadillac salesman said he had a 2011 and a 2012 and if I gave them at least $500 on a credit card, they could hold the car for me to test drive. The next day I drove to the dealership only to find that the 2011 was sold and the 2012 hadn't actually arrived. I still couldn't test drive one. That was the last straw. I told them they had lost me as a Cadillac customer and I was going to buy a BMW. Tom Wilcox was so patient with me making my decision and wasn't the least bit pushy. We priced the car with only the options I felt I needed, then with the navigation package and the price of the one on the lot with the sports package. The prices were so much more reasonable than what I was quoted by Cadillac. The added options did not increase the price very much so I decided to buy the one on the lot and drive it home that very day. They gave me a great trade in deal on my ancient Cadillac Allante and there was a good reduction in price incentive on the financing. Tom Wilcox was wonderful explaining the incredible navigation computer system and he showed me how to operate all the unique gadgets such as remote starter, seats, trunk expansion, etc... This car is beyond great. After dealing with the dishonesty and the cool indifference at the Cadillac dealership, the treatment I received at the BMW dealership was incredibly pleasant. I actually felt like a valued customer by everyone there, especially Tom, as opposed to feeling like an inconvenience at the Cadillac dealership. When I got home, there was a message asking me to reconsider Cadillac and another call 4 days later. I told them what I thought of their attitude and that I was really happy with my new BMW and how much better the BMW treated their customers. For the first time in years, I find myself making an excuse to drive somewhere or going for a drive just for the fun of it. The experience from dealing with Cadillac, buying the BMW to driving my new car was shared with all my friends at a large dinner party over the weekend. I'm going shopping today, not because I need anything but because I want to drive my new BMW. I will likely see Tom around town and will have to give him a hug when I see him. I have a great car and BMW has a great staff at Quality Imports. "Quality" is appropriate, not just the vehicles, but the quality of the people at the dealership could not have been any better. More

I came back to Tom because he has always answered my questions through the years of ownership when I would either call or come by the dealership.
