I probably should have read this review before doing business with this dealership. I have never seen such a dysfunctional dealership in my life. You guys must be one of the worst dealerships. Jiffy Lube has better service than you people do. You say something, and then you end up extending my cars service. Where the xxxx is the quality? the only person who knows a xxxx thing in your store is andy Reid, your master Tech. You guys take in so many different cars, that you end up taking a week to fix a problem, and you dont even do a decent job of it cause you are always rushing people out. I have had all my bmws and Mercedes serviced by you, but not anymore, i know my wife said you were bad, but in all honesty you people flat out SUCK. And as for Curtis, tell you employee Gram, to stop being bitter about losing his postion as service manager, cause he's getting on my nerves the way he thinks hes better than everyone.
