Took my RAV4 in for 30,000 mile service Great service team. Quick and efficient, they even washed my vehicle without asking. I was in and out of there in a half hour less than quoted. My mom called the next day spoke to another sales person (Greg)and manager (ramson) to voice our complaint and concerns and he was so friendly and was quick to help me to finance the car of my dreams without belittling me with my credit score More

Worst Service department ever Service department is ridiculous! Last time I was there service advisers where horsing around and one threw a paper ball to another one and hit me the Service department is ridiculous! Last time I was there service advisers where horsing around and one threw a paper ball to another one and hit me they both laughed and apologized and offered a free car wash to make up for it. Grown men acting worst than kids in a "professional" business. Today my husband went in for our service appointment that was schedule a week ago. Appointment for oil change was at 9:45 and they knew he was waiting there while they did oil change. It's now 12:28 and they have not even started an oil change..... how is this a professional service station???? Walmart, sears or jiffy lubewould of been done with the oil change in less than 30 mins. This is ridiculous!!!!!! Hope TOYOTA looks into customer satisfaction because honestly this makes me not ever take my vehicles there ever again. Just gives TOYOTA a bad reputation. More
