Awesome I started looking to trade my high mileage car that also had negative equity, last august. My credit isnt perfect either. I went to 4 dealers and they could not or would not help me. My co-worker told me to try ganley in mayfield he used to work there. I called and spoke to sales, they never called me back. My last ditch effort was when I called Mentor Nissan. The salesman Paul took my info and called me the next morning to come in. From there I met the sales mgr. they told me I was approved and next thing I know Im signing for a new 2017 Sentra. The cash back offer on the Sentra helped with my negative equity, Terri, the Finance Director was easy to understand and patient, she also gave me some good advice,for the future. Other dealers told me it was impossible, no bank will finance you with or without your trade. Mentor Nissan is the BEST!!! Thanks!!! . More
terrible So i go into mentor Nissan about a week ago around 6:00pm with my girlfriend when i first walked in the door my sale rep was Jessica she was very frie So i go into mentor Nissan about a week ago around 6:00pm with my girlfriend when i first walked in the door my sale rep was Jessica she was very friendly and very nice, she let me test drive the car i wanted to try and get. once we got back to the dealership i explained my credit situation and waited for them to draw some numbers up. when she came back over she said could you print this and could you print that and i had no problem doing these things. its now 8:00pm and im still waiting on a answer and results. after all this time being here she said she would have the sales manager Terri look into it. i said ok i am waiting to hear something back the next day and no call. i waited the next day no call but i get a text message that says shes still working on it. i texted her back many of times with no reply the reason why was because of my credit score. i wish she would of just told me straight up that this wouldnt work out but no she didnt i was excited for the whole week to hope to go in and put down what i had has a down payment but no the sales rep Jessica and who ever terri is the mysterious person that i never ever got a chance to talk to just gave up. but i want people to know that this place is very very very xxxxty and they only treat people good with good credit scores they dont treat everyone equal. i will be thinking about filing a lawsuit due to this, and no im not just trying to get a car or want the dealership to call me to try and talk about this because the way i feel whats said is already done. i will tell my family and friends and alot of other people to stay away from this dealership. More

One to one points I bought a new 2013 Nissan Frontier under the VPP Program. On a previous purchase at a different dealer, the VPP program resulted in significant disc I bought a new 2013 Nissan Frontier under the VPP Program. On a previous purchase at a different dealer, the VPP program resulted in significant discounts on the extras that I purchased. With this dealer, they give me One-to-One points. When I tried to use these points, they were divided into Service Points vs Sales Points. None of them applied to anything I had already purchased. I need a new key and fob and only the Service points can be used. The Sales points can either be applied to new accessories or the purchase of another vehicle. I don't want any other accessories nor do I want to purchase another vehicle, so the $250 value of these points is just thrown away and I received no discount under the VPP Program. The dealer was misleading on this and will not transfer points from one category to another. I called and wrote to Nisssan USA but all they could tell me is that this is a dealer managed program and they could not do anything about it. IF i would do business with Nissan again, it will be with Bedford Nissan and certainly not Mentor Nissan. More
Salesman lied Salesman ripped us off. We Were told 4wd / AWD Vehicle. When we got payment voucher it said 2wd vehicle. The whole time we understood by salesperson Salesman ripped us off. Salesman knew we wanted AWD , and we thought that's what we paid for. GM never returns calls. More

His honest approach and his complete detailed description of the car before was spot on. I'd definitely recommend Jeff and would suggest to anyone to give him a call. He could save you a trip or like me you could find exactly what you're looking for and save some money. More
