A++++ customer service and experience! I had been contemplating a new vehicle for well over 2 years now, but remained undecided as to what I wanted. I then saw one that kept catching my eye ... found they stocked at Ewald, so I paid them a visit. I was warmly greeted and for all that I interacted with, from Alton in Sales, to Judy and Lamar in Finance, to the President himself, Eric Ewald, I was treated with respect, professionalism, humor 😊, and equally as important, patience! Took me almost 2 hours to complete my process of elimination between what I "wanted" - and what I "needed", but they hung in there with me - and I'm now the very happy and proud owner of a NEW 2024 Buick Encore Avenir! Hats off to everyone mentioned here ... you made it possible ... THANK YOU again! On a scale of 1-10, I give an 11! More

Scheduled time slots only mean something if you wait for your service, otherwise it appears as though there is no point in scheduling a specific time. Indications are that although I scheduled a visit onli your service, otherwise it appears as though there is no point in scheduling a specific time. Indications are that although I scheduled a visit online there was no prior knowledge that I would be arriving and/or what services were requested. 0800 oil change, tire rotation, and 2 wheel alignment took 6 hours. I did state I needed it by 2 at the latest but assumed that was only apply if something drastic was found. I was also charged twice for a "battery service", which I still at this point believe to be a bit of a "sneaky charge". One was refunded to me after I questioned what I exactly got for that service. Some smoke about "charging my battery to 100% and cleaning corosion". Truck has 16K miles. Second visit upon learning my lesson on lack of time management, I requested a noon completion time for a 0920 appt and received no call indicating it wouldn't be done in time. When I called at 1245 they asked when is the latest I would need it by as they were having computer issues. 2 PM was stated as drop dead time and when I showed up at 2 they instructed me to have a seat and they'd let me know when it was finished. This was for a trailer brake controller recall and a radio service upgrade as I'm having problems with the radio controls. Radio issue still persists after 2 attempted updates. I don't blame them for that as I don't think GM knows what's going on with the radios but it was stated it was taken care of. I had high hopes for this service dept as the online scheduler couldn't be any simpler and it couldn't be any more convenient of a location for me to have things handled while I'm at work. This review is based solely on the service desk and lack of communication, I have nothing bad to say about the work that was completed. More

She brings professionalism, enthusiasm and great care in all she does to keep me & my 2002 VW Eurovan Weekender, "Big Greenie" (Emerald Green) HAPPY! We just got back from a 20 day, 5,199 mile camping trip to Portland OR via Idaho's Craters of the Moon National Park. And back via Montana's Glacier National Park. Big Greenie ran great!! More
Very disappointed with the "so called deal" I was promised. They said they would match my previous deal yet they charged me over $2000 more then the dealerships in Milwaukee and green bay.
