UPDATE!! : I regret coming here and doing business with Memphis Luxury Motors. They picked the 2018 Nissan Altima out for me probably already knowing something was off with the car. The check engine light Memphis Luxury Motors. They picked the 2018 Nissan Altima out for me probably already knowing something was off with the car. The check engine light was on the very next day after buying the car— within 24 hours or purchasing the car actually. Went through a hassle for a month getting the car worked on through their service department. They ATTEMPTED to fix the problem multiple times for free but couldn’t- I returned to the dealership at least 10 times after buying the 2018 Altima. After 20 days of the same problem (check engine light) they advised me to go through my extended warranty company after chasing the problem with my car for so long. Today March 26, 2021 I traded the 2018 Nissan in for a brand new 2020 at a different (commercial) dealership. Lesson learned coming here. I am not a satisfied customer a month later after purchasing my car here.. Everyone has their own experience but this was my experience and opinion. Not satisfied!!! I wouldn’t have had to get a 2020 if my 2018 was adequate enough from them. This wasn’t a pleasant experience with the people here. They were friendly but my objective coming to them was not accomplished. I wasted the down payment money put on the 2018 Nissan Altima. More
