I found a used car there that I really wanted. I was probably the first person to look at it, since it was JUST traded-in the day before. I looked at it and it wasn't detailed or even remotely cle I was probably the first person to look at it, since it was JUST traded-in the day before. I looked at it and it wasn't detailed or even remotely cleaned up (not washed, bird shizz, etc. They couldn't sell it to me because it was found to not have mufflers (straight pipe from the CAT. They told me that they had to send it out for mufflers. I said ok. I was in contact with the salesman for WEEKS, who told me it was in Somerset (?) to get the mufflers and that he would call me when it was back and ready to go. Then, I get a call from said salesman who told me they sold it while it was it Somerset. What? On top of that, I kept getting AI text messages saying "Hey this is XXXX, I just tried calling you about the car. Call me back!". My phone never rang, so obviously just automated. I can deal with new tech, but this was a joke. Even when I called back it was like there was nothing to actually say, just to keep me "on the hook". The salesman was actually cool and really seemed to want to help. I believe he was new and I believe he missed out on the sale as well. This place is garbage. More

I saw a car on your sight. I really liked it. but when i called Century 3 Chevrolet the raised the price 10, 000.00. said oh well supply and demand. I Purchased a 2016 chevy equinox about 2plus years ago the engine went on it from oil consumption the dealer wants 8,000 to fix it and I still owe 12000 on it this problem happens often with these vehicl the engine went on it from oil consumption the dealer wants 8,000 to fix it and I still owe 12000 on it this problem happens often with these vehicles, they have a class action lawsuits for this vehicle but I only see it in California. The dealer isn't trynna wave the fee or take so much money of to fix a defective vehicle they sold me which they have the power to do but wont, they only suggest that I finance another vehicle threw them on top of the loan I already have. If I was that rich I would be in a new vehicle already with no payments.... I wouldn't purchase any Chevy Equinox at all its a problem waiting to happen.. And choose a better Dealer who would fight for you not against you do your research before getting in bed with them. More
