Great Experience Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new key without an appointment. They were honest about the time it would take. I walked across the street had lunch then came back even though I knew it was still early. Wasn't even there 10 minutes and it was ready. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. SATISFACTION I came in to check on a good time to bring my truck in for it's first oil change! I was surprised to hear "NOW" is a great time. So, I did it. I was not aware my truck had a cabin air filter. I was updated through the entire process which, surprisingly only tome a small amount of time, was less than expected. I truly appreciate how well I've been treated at Melton's as this 2017 RAM is the 4th vehicle I've bought at Melton's and dealing with Greg and Baily and the service personnel has been such a blessing! I always receive good information on my vehicle while it's being worked on. Extremely courteous and helpful personnel. Thanks More

Parts on back order The parts to fix my Jeep were on back order. They were very up front about this and did give me a time line. John was my contact person. I just wish that at some time I would've received a phone call about my parts. I was the one that had to call and check on delivery. Funny enough, they just happened to be there the day I called. Maybe a little more communication with follow up would be appreciated. Just an "I know you're still waiting, but it's still not here" would've been nice. My part had a 30 backorder. While I know that's not something they can control, follow-up would've been nice. Other than that, EVERYONE was wonderful. More
