Oil Service I came for an oil change, and was the first vehicle at opening time. It took about 40 minutes which I feel could be expedited some. Great customer service! I was warmly greeted by Bayley and asked how she could help me. She looked up info on my truck, let me know there was a recall on a part that was available to be replaced, gave me and asked how she could help me. She looked up info on my truck, let me know there was a recall on a part that was available to be replaced, gave me an estimate on time it would take and put it right in for service. When it was about done she came over and explained a few things and asked if I would like estimates. She also provided me with tire estimates. Truck was done and ready within the time she estimated.
