I had a right rear tire replaced under warrantee on my 2015 dodge ram about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At that time the printer in the office wasn't working so I was unable to get a copy of the transaction for my 2015 dodge ram about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At that time the printer in the office wasn't working so I was unable to get a copy of the transaction for my records. Landon was very apologetic and told me would mail a copy to me later. I have called a few times requesting my copy but as of this date I have not received it. This is not a big deal but I would appreciate getting my copy for my records. I am completely satisfied with the whole transaction with Landon including the employee who changed the tire, showed me the damage on the old tire and cleaned the floorboards of my truck. This dealerships services department is SERIOUSLY LACKING! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in for service, they “rigged” the fix to get by. Even though we had an appointment, we had to call them days later to find out it was ready. I know they have our number on file as we’ve used them several times before.
