This is my 1st time to use Meltons. They got me right in immediately for a oil change and tire rotation. Agreed they would text me if there was any issues and text me when it was done. Said it would take ab immediately for a oil change and tire rotation. Agreed they would text me if there was any issues and text me when it was done. Said it would take about 45 minutes. I left my Jeep there and ran some errands. They texted almost immediately to tell me everything looked great, except the Air Filter needed to be changed @ $39.99 plus tax, I kindly declined. As the Jeep is only a 1.5 year old. They texted about a hour and half later, said it was ready, apologized for delay, not a big deal. Got it home and pulled out the Air filter, clean as could be, didn’t even close to need to be changed. This is the only thing that upset me, Thanks to my man for helping pull it out and check it, ( they are $10 at Auto Zone). Also the guy told me my plan for free oil changes and tire rotations did not include the tire rotation, he kindly rotated them for me at no charge, greatly appreciated. I checked my plan and yes it does include tire rotation. Thank you Gena More
