Brought my jeep in last year to get the top fixed. They did everything but fixed the top but ensured they would order the part to fix the top when I bring it back. I bought it back, tried to get someone t did everything but fixed the top but ensured they would order the part to fix the top when I bring it back. I bought it back, tried to get someone to look at what needed fixed. Nobody would walk outside but told me service would look at it and call me. Service called a few weeks later and said I needed a new top. I knew it was not leaking at the top but the front obviously broken piece. Since the top was over 15 years old I figured it could need a replacement and as long as everything was fixed I'd pay for a new top. Replaced the top and when I picked it up the piece was still broken. What I've been trying to get fixed for years is still broke. They also charged me a tire rotation for tires they said they could not rotate because they were worn down too bad. I did communicate with the poor lady at the counter that undoubtedly has to put up with this insanity daily and received a credit for the tire rotation that never happened. Plan to take the jeep to another shop and get the bad part replaced. I know it can be replaced because they had to take it off the old top to put the defective part back on the new top. As I told the lady, nothing they can do will bring me back to this dealership. More

Dealership service department works well with my ongoing issues of my Ram 3500. I’ve worked at dealerships over 40 years, and I can tell you, these guys(and gals) are great!! The service I went in to get wasn’t needed and they graciously let me know. The service people at Melton care about their clients and will do whatever they can to make your visit there good.
