This was my first visit. Branden had greeted me kindly and immediately, took my information, told me it would be about 35 mins. and I sat and waited. I learned of your oil change special on FB with high compliments. Heather approached me later and said I had an oil leak. I declined service since my driveway didn't reflect an oil leak. Upon payment I learned that I received synthetic oil after questioning the price of putting synthetic oil in my 2nd vehicle which requires it. When I came in I wasn't told that I was getting synthetic oil, the brand, the weight or the special price and only the price was reflected on my sales ticket. After arriving home, I thought I'd better check the oil level so that I could monitor this apparent leak. I did see oil all over and the oil level was well above the full line. Yes I did have the car on a level surface and I did give it about 20 minutes to cool, Also I saw that fluids were checked on the general inspection sheet, but my windshield washer fluid was below low. I called and then brought my vehicle in the next day. Branden greeted me and assured me that they would lower the oil level. The second sales bill did have the information about the oil and at no charge. I will still need to add some windshield fluid to the reservoir, but I'm satisfied with the oil level. I'm hoping that all the other inspection was actually good. My husband passed away a few months ago and now I have to trust in people to do what they say. An old woman is an easy target to be taken advantage of, which I've already had to experience a few months ago. More
