I had a right rear tire replaced under warrantee on my 2015 dodge ram about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At that time the printer in the office wasn't working so I was unable to get a copy of the transaction for my 2015 dodge ram about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At that time the printer in the office wasn't working so I was unable to get a copy of the transaction for my records. Landon was very apologetic and told me would mail a copy to me later. I have called a few times requesting my copy but as of this date I have not received it. This is not a big deal but I would appreciate getting my copy for my records. I am completely satisfied with the whole transaction with Landon including the employee who changed the tire, showed me the damage on the old tire and cleaned the floorboards of my truck.
