Not only is Susan Miller amazing and knows what you want but will find it for you. Fraudulent Mailers to scam customers into their dealership They are sending mailers with a scratcher that makes you think you've won a prize, but when you get to the dealership you have to match a second prize They are sending mailers with a scratcher that makes you think you've won a prize, but when you get to the dealership you have to match a second prize code they have there. When I told the sales rep it was fraud to get people in their dealership and I was going to report them to the state, he said "Go ahead we'll get more publicity that way." I called back later and spoke to a sales manager who never once apologized for what their salesman said and proceeded to tell me it was a mailer from a national company that was vetted by attorneys. They are the most crooked and shady kind of dealership. They don’t care what they do to their reputation to get you in their doors. Do not go to them, your money is better spent somewhere else. More

Dealt with a Wanna b Mngr named Chris Yannes! HE'S A JOKE! Customer service from Chris Yannes Sucks! Went to get a lug nut key for my Wife's Nissan Rogue cause it never came with one. And we were treated like Customer service from Chris Yannes Sucks! Went to get a lug nut key for my Wife's Nissan Rogue cause it never came with one. And we were treated like liars and as customers we had no value! He treated my wife with disrespect and talked down to her! I told him he was full of crap talking to my wife like that! I ended up in service dept and purchased it for $16.00. Chris proceeded to go to service dept and told them not to service us! & he threatened to kick me off lot cause I told him that this was a Safety issue my wife not having a key if she broke down! He disagreed and said he couldn't help us! This guy is a Fraud and has no business being in Management! He's not even Qualified to manage a Peanut Gallery! BRUTAL! More

I confirmed with my insurance company that they were paid the $250. Melloy Nissan has REFUSED to refund or credit my credit car for the overcharge of $250. More
